Lawyers File Charges Against Clinton With War CrimesTribunal In Brussels

A group of international lawyers filed criminal charges against Bill Clinton last week at the Hague in Brussels.

The group of international lawyers, whose nations have not yet been identified, filed criminal charges against United States President William Jefferson Clinton late last week with the World Court in the Hague.

The lawyers are seeking an indictment against Clinton for what they term his deliberate air attacks against the citizens of Serbia and Albania and against the Peoples Republic of China in which hundreds of innocent victims of the Clinton/Blair air war to bring the Yugoslav Republic to its knees.

It is interesting that as the Clinton Administration was seeking an indictment against Slobodan Milosevic in order to win the "public relations war" he was waging in this country to win converts to the European Union mandated air war against a renegade European nation, attorneys representing the governments of several of our "trading partners" in Europe and Asia were preparing an indictment of Clinton, charging him with the same types of crimes which Clinton and British Prime Minister Tony Blair were arguing against Milosevic.

As British troops under Lt. General Mike Jackson prepare to enter Kosovo to seek out the evidence they need to prove that the Serb army was systematically committing genocide on the ethnic Albanians living in Kosovo, they noted that they didn't really expect to find anything since they had heard reports that the Serbs had dug up all the bodies of those killed in mass executions and threw their bodies down deserted mine shafts, etc. to make certain the evidence was gone when the Allies entered. These reports, the British spokesman declared, confirmed that the genocide had, in fact, occurred.

What the Allied investigations will likely find, but will likely not release, is that while hundreds, if not thousand of Albanian nationals were systematically murdered during the exodus from Kosovo, the "killers" were not the Serb army under control of the Yugoslav government, but were from the following:

[1] Serb paramilitary units that were operating outside the sphere of government (units which could be compared to the citizen militias in our nation)

[2] Serb nationals in Kosovo who were persecuted by the Albanian controlled government in Kosovo during the starting days of the Civil War, and who saw an opportunity to exact revenge on those who had formerly bullied them

[3] KLA terrorists who killed their own people for one of three reasons:

It is interesting that the reports of terrorism and rape by the Serbs always seemed to include statements that the men who were doing the killing and raping were always masked. This is not suggest that these were regular army troops. Wearing hoods and masks is a terrorist trademark.

It would seem to someone watching this event on the sidelines of history, that those committing these atrocities were afraid of being recognized--not at the end of the conflict when "war crimes" were being defined, but during the conflict, when those upon who the atrocities were being committed would realize that they knew those who were committing the crimes...their former neighbors who were in either Serb or Albanian paramilitary units.

In any event, the charges that were filed against Bill Clinton at the Hague last week have not yet made the headlines of the world newspapers, and likely never will.
